My first time here. "Gourmet Chinese" is interesting concept. I had a side of chow mein noodles with two entrees. Beijing beef was quite tasty with just enough spice without being overwhelming. Unfortunately most pieces of beef were as tough as leather but delicious at the same time. Same for the sweet fire chicken. The sauces, etc are great but the meats are overcooked or sat under the warming lights too long I'll give them another chance though because it's hard to beat for $6.80 and fast !

This place looks new, or newer atleast. What can you say about Panda Express. Easy to order, great variety, priced right. Stopped here yesterday for lunch and had leftovers to take back with me. I had the "pick two" meal. I got half fried rice and chow mein, orange chicken and teriyaki chicken. The fried rice/chow mein are not oily which is great. The orange chicken was tender and had great flavor. The teriyaki chicken came with sauce but I declined because it looked so tender already, plus I just wanted it plain. It tasted so good and tender as how it looked. Overall worth a visit if you want a quick lunch/dinner and great Chinese. My meal was way under 10 bucks with a drink.

Thanks for forgetting roughly 25% of our drive thru order. Didn't notice till we got home. Yet another reason fast food workers should never be paid more than minimum wage. Minimum attention to detail.

On. 04/04 I visited this location and was early so I sat outside for about 20 minutes. I thought by 11:00 am that an employer would unlock the door at start of business. One employee arrived at work at 11:03 when she got someone attention to open the door, I walked in with her and the employee who opened the door told me they weren't open until 11:00 it was 11:03. Obviously they were not ready for business. I stood at the counter to order for about 3 to 5 minutes before someone asked me if I wanted to wait or order something was ready. As I stood there waiting I notice that the floors in the cooking area were very dirty for the start of the day. Finally I order my food and had to ask someone to turn the soda machine. The food was good. But the service was horrible.

This is not about there food, because I simply love this Chinese chain. I grew up in California where Panda is everywhere! My complaint I will be addressing is about my very recent drive through experience. My husband and I pulled up to the drive through that was VERY dark around approximately 7:40pm Friday night. No lights what so ever were on through out the drive through ( not even the menu was lit). We proceeded to check out as the cashier told us to pull forward as we waited for chicken to cook. The car behind us also had to pull up behind us to wait. Ten minutes later the car behind us got their food. We waited an extra ten minutes before my husband decided to go in to ask. When he asked about our food no one had any idea what was going on... Eventually they found our food sitting on the counter that was never taken out to us. They apologized and my husband proceeded back out to the car. We un bagged our food and there was soy sauce spilt everywhere inside!! We only were given one fork, and one fortune cookie. (We ordered two separate meals). My husband had to go inside AGAIN just to get a fork so we could finally eat.

I raved about your food when you initially opened. Today's trip through your drive through was nothing short of disgusting! The fried rice was nothing more than cold mediocre fried rice filled with overcooked eggs....and LOTS of them! The orange chicken was cold and tasted rancid. The black pepper chicken was far too salty. The egg roll was just gross. You charged 5 dollars for a small entree of Chinese spare ribs which were stone cold....and the cream cheese rangoons we waited 5 minutes for were burned. Wth??? I will NEVER go back! 23 bucks straight into the trash! I will never recommend this place again!!!

The staff greeted me with a smile and a "hello" as soon as I walked in to the door! The cashier, Brittany D, offered me and 2 other guests complimentary drinks as we waited for the chow mein to finish being cooked, which I thought was very thoughtful of her! All of my food tasted fresh and was hot. The orange chicken is my favorite, and the cream cheese rangoons are yummy!

So so upsetting. I get off work at 9pm m-f. On this particular night I'm picking up food for my boyfriend, his friend and myself. They don't have any of the food we want available and when I say I don't mind waiting on them to cook the food they say the kitchen closed at 9. The sticker says 930. It's 912 and they have very limited options available. This is upsetting and thankfully I ended up getting excellent services from subway but what really bothers me is when I called the complaint line for panda express she told me the conpany "policy" was cook to order from 9-930. So this employee.. her name was Gera straight up lied to me and refused to cook the food I wanted. The worse part was the complaint line said someone would call me in 48 hours to go over this and apologise. That was over 2 weeks ago. I haven't eaten there since and I don't plan on going back. There are too many excellent options available to tolerate such terrible customer service.

Terrible drive though experience . They tend to have attitudes when you are deciding what you want. And on top of that, they messed up my entire order and have something I never asked for ! They need to get there stuff together

Clean! Very cool modern design! Service was fast, food was fresh compared to other soggy take out. I'm a huge fan of the listing of calories for every item, help you make an informed decision! This will be on the list of top choices near rivers and Ashley phosphate.

Well writing the review made me crave some! They lost a star for two reasons. One they've raised their prices. Two, they once again left an entree out when ordering through the drive thru. It's annoying. **Revised** I've tried this Panda Express twice now. The first time, my daughter and I went through the drive-thru. This was all new to us, so we both picked the 3 entree plate. I was disappointed to learn they didn't have brown rice. Hopefully that isn't the norm for evening time. It was shortly after 6pm so not even that late! We get home and realize we both only have 2 entrees. Let me tell ya though, that's MORE than enough!! If I ever get 3 entrees again, it's because I'm splitting with someone. Even the 2 entree is substantial enough to have leftovers. Anyways, immediately upon realizing we were missing food, I called. Seems our 3rd entree was in a separate bag that didn't get handed over. She was extremely apologetic and put me down for a free 2 entree plate. The second time I went, was to redeem my freebie. I went inside during my lunch hour and they confirmed my name on the list. This time they had brown rice, yay! I Going inside, it was even more apparent how friendly the staff was. At least for me, every Panda Express employee I interacted with was very friendly and personable. Between my daughter and I, we've tried a variety of the chicken and beef dishes, all very tasty. I was especially impressed with the crisp freshness of the veggies! Outstanding! Oh and the aforementioned brown rice? Very, VERY good. Maybe it's because I'm new to this Panda Express concept, but I'm surprised at the less than stellar reviews. So far to me they've provided substantial, quality, tasty food for pretty dang cheap prices. Two thumbs up.

Gross gross gross. we went with the family of 5 and all ordered bowls. 3 of us had food that was tasted like it came out of a burnt pan. I'm usually a Panda Express lover but this was eww

Great location with friendly staff. I have actually stopped by 5 times now to order the bowl with orange chicken and noodles with fried rice. The food is always fresh, however they tend to be a bit slow on the drive thru and 3 out of 5 times I have visited they seemed to miss something out on my order. They have a young staff and perhaps they haven't mastered the concepts of time and quality. I'll be back, there is potential here.

No vegetarian options for entrees. Side Veggies were steamed as was brown rice so only flavor was the chili sauce packet I had to ask for. The only reason for two rather than one star is the convenience of drive thru.

One of my guilty pleasures when on the go. My biggest gripe DO NOT expect any form of customer service after 7pm. I can tell you now from experience they will tell you that they are out of everything. Pretty sad when they still have two hours of service left.

This Panda Express is not worth going to. Take the extra ten minutes and go to the one by Tanger Outlet nearby, I'm sure it's better. I have had Panda Express for years and understand what the experience should be like, and this location has disappointed every time we visit. We will never go back to this one again. The floor is sticky, there are nasty greasy fingerprints all over the walls of the circular booths. Essentially it's not clean. The main thing though is the food isn't fresh at all, it's always lukewarm and old tasting. I don't think Panda Express is properly represented by this location at all. Staff however is friendly, and prompt.

Friendly staff and delicious fast Chinese food. Sometimes there is a wait if they have run out of something and are cooking it fresh but most of the time it's quick in and out. And to be honest I don't even mind waiting, who doesn't want steaming hot entrees? Yummm! Highly recommend pretty much everything but definitely the chow mein, teriyaki chicken, orange chicken, and mushroom chicken :)

Went through the drive-through and looks like a healthy selection of entrees and sides. I got the orange chicken and fried rice with a veggie spring roll and it was good...portion sizes just right. I have enough left -over for lunch the next day. They give a fortune cookie with each entree. Service was quick and friendly enough. Thought it was odd there were no prices on the menu screen and they tell you to drive up for the price. It was 7.59 with no drink..guess that's ok considering I had enough for another meal the next day out of one entree. Wasn't greasy or heavy like some chinese places...healthier than going through a burger fast food joint .

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
